He stood on a beautiful, but chilly day, by his rolling cart, waiting to delight little kids with his wares. Cotton Candy of pinks, purples, greens, and blues were tied in a bag for an excited child to unwrap it's wonders and sugary sweetness. Ring Pops, suckers, and candy of all types were available to whet the sweet tooth of the young to the oldest.
