Artist's Description
"Cows in Texas Bluebonnets" was photographed in a Texas countryside field of beautiful bluebonnets. Lupinus texensis, Texas bluebonnet or Texas lupine, in specific, are our state flowers. The shape of the petals on the flower resembles the bonnet worn by pioneer women to shield them from the sun.
